Do you require payment up front?

There is a non-refundable retainer to reserve a date and time, which is 50% of the chosen session fee. This retainer is applied to the final balance, and the remainder of the session fee is due at the beginning of the session. Each client is allowed one event of rescheduling if done 48 hours before the session. If a session cannot occur on the scheduled day due to the weather, we will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest possible, with no additional charge.

How long will it take to get my images back?

After all sessions, Land of Erin Dell will choose the best images to be edited. All images are presented to clients in a password-protected private online gallery. Please be advised that editing may take up to 4-6 weeks. All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Land of Erin Dell, LLC; however, clients are given a printing release form with their session to obtain prints for personal use only. Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations, or advertising) require prior written consent.

Where are you located, and do you travel?

We are located in Plentywood, Montana, but we can meet anywhere that you'd like. We also travel to Bigfork, Montana frequently, and if you schedule your session around our travel dates, there are no additional travel costs. For any places further than 40 miles from Plentywood or Bigfork, Montana, there are additional travel costs, including mileage and lodging.

Do you accept checks?

Checks are accepted but must clear before products are released. There is a $25 fee on returned checks.

If I receive digital images from Land of Erin Dell, what are the stipulations?

For those that receive digital images, we grant permission to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use only. By receiving these digital images, you agree that you will not use any Land of Erin Dell, LLC images for commercial or editorial purposes or enter any Land of Erin Dell, LLC images into competition without the express written permission of Land of Erin Dell, LLC. Land of Erin Dell, LLC retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to printing, copying, emailing, and social media publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original files releases Land of Erin Dell, LLC from any liability due to the loss or damage of the images. Also, it releases Land of Erin Dell, LLC from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Land of Erin Dell, LLC the right to use and publish the photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertising, and editorial use. Land of Erin Dell, LLC may revoke this license anytime and for any reason. Land of Erin Dell, LLC retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms
