PACKAGES AND INDIVIDUAL ITEM CHANGES

Parents are no longer required to order packages. Instead, you can now order individual items; however, packages are available and come with significant savings. 

"FAT HEADS" OR "BIG HEADS"

Due to the popularity of the head standouts—aka "fat heads" or "big heads (photo examples below)," I've decided to offer them at the beginning of the season vs just tournament time, so that you're able to enjoy them all season long! However, these are a specialty order and come with some stipulations; I need a minimum of eight heads to print, but don't worry—you don't have to buy all eight! I'll set up a waitlist for anyone interested in grabbing one or two heads! Once I have eight heads, I'll let you know it is a go!

Want to support your favorite player, cheerleader, or coach even more?

- **Snag eight heads for only $150 of your favorite player, cheerleader, or coach!**

Each head will be around 23 inches on the longest side (give or take a little wiggle room for some scoring).

PORTRAIT RETOUCHING

Please note that portrait retouching will incur an additional cost this year and will only be available through online ordering. I apologize for this decision; however, last year I invested a significant amount of time retouching portraits, only to have clients request retakes after acne or other blemishes cleared up. Additionally, many clients have become accustomed to asking me to "just Photoshop that out." 

I have always included retouching for simple issues, such as a few pimples, a small stain on a shirt, or slight teeth whitening, and I will continue to do so. However, if you are unsure whether your specific requests will be included, please add the retouching fee and message me to ensure that everything meets your standards. Thank you for your understanding!

DIGITAL BACKGROUND OPTIONS

There are digital background options this year, which you can order for an additional fee, but only if you place your orders online. The same background I used last year will be the default background this year (if you're new, it was gray.) 

CROPPING CHANGES

I will be zooming out a bit more in the photographs, so you can see more of the children's selected shirts. 

RETAKE CHANGES

If you would like to schedule retakes for any of the following reasons—your child’s braces will be coming off on retake day, or you didn’t like your child's outfit or your child wanted their hair down instead of up—please contact me as soon as possible the day of or directly after picture day via messenger, email, or phone. Complimentary retakes are at the discretion of the photographer, if one of these reason was not discussed prior to printing, there will be a retake fee.

WHAT ARE THE TURNAROUND TIMES?

For Pre-K through 11th grades, please allow up to 6 weeks for prints and products to be delivered to the school after picture day. For seniors, please allow up to 8 weeks for galleries to be delivered, during which you can select the images you would like for each print.

NOW, LET'S TALK SAVINGS!

Everyone will receive a 5% discount on their order if they place it online instead of using the prepaid envelopes. You might wonder why this is the case. It’s because processing online orders saves me a significant amount of time, and it's less likely that I’ll make mistakes or your child will leave their envelope in their locker or lose the envelope the day of pictures.

For online prepay orders of $25 or more placed before August 31, 2025, you will receive an additional 10% off, bringing your total discount to 15%! Please use the discount code PPFS10 at checkout. Note that you will need to enter all your information and proceed to the order review screen before the discount code option appears.

Finally, I understand that not all families may be able to afford these keepsakes. I genuinely believe that all families deserve to have these memories, so if you are experiencing financial difficulties or have three or more children, please do not hesitate to contact me. All communication will remain confidential.

SENIOR OPTIONS FOR FROID, WESTBY, AND MEDICINE LAKE ONLY

Due to the nature of this option, all orders must be prepaid online before picture day. I will provide flyers to the school so that seniors can easily find the link to place their orders online. Please note that there will be no retakes and orders cannot be placed on or after picture day. 

Retouching is included in all packages at no additional cost. Standard school pictures are available for seniors as well. If you complete the prepay envelope or click the "Pre-K - 11th Grades" link, I will assume you would like the standard school photo. However, if you prefer a more unique option (please see examples below; poses and backgrounds may vary), make sure to click on the "Seniors Only" link to order from one of the four packages offered.
