It's been a full year now since I made the life-changing decision to reignite my passion for photography and embark on a new business venture. I established my photography business under the registered assumed business name of Land of Erin Dell with the state of Montana, and it has been an exciting journey ever since. However, this decision also meant leaving behind my previous career as a certified paralegal, which was a major step and required a lot of courage and faith.

Despite the challenges and uncertainties that come with a new transition, I am grateful for the journey thus far and want to thank everyone who has helped me have a successful first year. A few highlights of the things that I was able to accomplish in the first year were purchasing new lighting, lenses, props, etc.; joining the Montana Professional Photographers Association; forming an LLC; purchasing a building for the studio; and implementing new products and services to offer clients. All of this would not have been possible without the support of my many wonderful clients and such a supportive family! Throughout this journey, I have enjoyed meeting so many wonderful children and teens (who happen to be my favorite subjects to photograph and spend time with), witnessing the special bonds with families, and connecting with many amazing businesses.

As a way of showing my appreciation for my clients and giving them special recognition, I initially thought of sharing a photograph from each session this year. However, I felt like that wasn't enough. So, I decided to create a client appreciation contest to demonstrate my gratitude towards my past clients. I want to invite all of my past clients, some of whom I worked with almost a decade ago when I had Erin Dell Photography and drove back and forth from Minnesota to Sheridan County, to participate in this contest. These people from the past are just as much a part of this incredible journey!

Prizes

• Grand Prize – Portrait Session (valued at $300) to be used before December 31, 2024. The winner will be selected at random.

• Prize 1 – 16x20 Canvas Print (valued at $175) of the entry submitted or from a future session to be used before December 31, 2024. The winner will be selected by the highest number of Facebook votes towards the image submitted. 

• Prize 2 – $100 Gift Certificate towards any Land of Erin Dell sessions to be used before December 31, 2024. The winner will be selected at random.

• Prize 3 – 16×20 Wall Print (valued at $50) of the entry submitted or from a future session to be used before December 31, 2024. The winner will be selected by the second highest number of Facebook votes towards the image submitted.

Choose ONE image from your session with Land of Erin Dell.  ANY sessions (including photo restoration projects) are acceptable (e.g., family, maternity, couples, senior, back-to-school, Woof Wednesday, mini-sessions, Santa Day, etc.). If you had more than one session with me, you may choose one image from each session.

Just click the black "CLICK HERE FOR FORM" button below, complete the form and tell me why you chose this specific image from your session, and upload your image.  I will start posting images within 24-72 hours of being submitted, and the voting will begin immediately and go until March 24, 2024, meaning the faster you submit the image, the longer you have for voting!

Important Rules

If the same person who received the most votes for Prize 1 or 3 is selected as the random winner of the Grand Prize or Prize 2 drawings, they will not be eligible to win more than one prize. Instead, they will be given the option to choose which prize they would like to receive. After the winner has selected their prize, the next person with the highest number of votes will be selected as the winner. Additionally, if there is a tie for the highest number of votes, a new random selection will be made.
